Dear First Grade Parents,

Only 20 school days to go to “Day 100”! Our next activity where we need your help from home is the following:

Each student will be making a collage at school of “100” things fom home. This consists of collecting 100 items from home and bringing them into school. Here is an idea of the things we are looking for: paper clips, buttons, toothpicks, bottle-tops, clips, pegs, beans, seeds or any other small items around the house. The bigger the mixture, the better. To make it easier for your child to count I recommend that the items be sorted into tens. I am enclosing a special plastic bag with each child to bring in the 100 things. I would be grateful if you could send this in as soon as possible.

If you have any empty egg boxes (10's) please send them in.
